Key Responsibilities

• Native or fluent Spanish language skills, both spoken and written, are essential for this role — all client communications will be conducted in Spanish.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory requirement for employment eligibility in Bulgaria).
• Previous experience in a customer support, client services, or B2B account management role within the Customer Support Services industry is highly advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build professional rapport with business clients quickly and confidently.
