The role involves identifying and sourcing industry experts to fill knowledge gaps for client projects through research and screening. It also requires managing client relationships and delivering bespoke strategic analyses to consulting firms and private equity clients.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree and have 0-3 years of experience in customer service or support roles. Proficiency in English and MS Office, along with strong critical thinking and negotiation skills, is required.
