Job Description
We are constantly growing and are currently looking for two (2) full of potential and reliable Planning & Controls Engineers to join our top qualified and knowledgeable team for two of our major projects in Egypt.

What you will need to do:
Planning & Scheduling
Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
Prepare baseline schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), resource-loaded schedules, and recovery plans.
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, procurement teams, and subcontractors to ensure schedule alignment.
Analyze project activities, critical paths, float consumption, and schedule risks.
Project Controls
Monitor project progress against approved baselines and identify deviations.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and performance indicators.
Conduct earned value analysis (EVA) and productivity assessments.
Track project milestones and recommend corrective actions to address delays.
Cost Control
Monitor project costs, commitments, and budget performance.
Assist in forecasting project costs, cash flow requirements, and resource utilization.
Support the preparation of cost reports and variance analyses.
Review subcontractor progress and support payment certification processes.
Risk & Change Management
Identify schedule and cost risks and propose mitigation measures.
Evaluate extension of time (EOT) claims and variations from a planning perspective.
Support change management processes by assessing schedule and cost impacts.
Coordination & Reporting
Attend project review meetings and provide schedule and performance updates.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commercial teams.
Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for management and clients.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and project control standards.
What you will need to have:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil Engineering is preferred) from an accredited university.
5–7 years of experience in planning and project controls within civil construction projects.
Previous experience with civil construction contractors is essential.
Strong knowledge of Primavera P6, Project Control, Cost Control, Risk Management, Change Management, Delay Analysis, and Contract Administration.
Experience in medium to large-scale construction projects.
Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Office applications, and AutoCAD.
PMP, PSP (Planning & Scheduling Professional), or relevant certifications will be considered an advantage.
Excellent command of English.
