The Planner/Scheduler is responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, performing critical path analysis, and identifying scheduling risks for mission-critical construction projects. They will coordinate schedule inputs across disciplines, monitor subcontractor performance, and provide regular progress reports to project teams and clients.
The role requires experience in planning, scheduling, and forecasting within fast-paced construction environments. Candidates must be proficient in developing work breakdown structures and identifying schedule variances to support successful project delivery.
