Oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of critical IT infrastructure and systems within data centre environments. Lead all commissioning phases from design and construction through to acceptance and final handover.
Requires a BEng (Hons) in engineering, a trade apprenticeship, and certifications such as CSCS, Safe Pass, ECS, or SMSTS. Experience in electrical, mechanical, or building services is essential, with Prince 2 being desirable.
As the Commissioning Project Lead, you will be pivotal in overseeing the safe, timely, and efficient design, installation, and commissioning of critical systems and IT infrastructure within data centre environments. This challenging position requires excellent leadership and organisational skills to manage services on and off-site, providing direction to Project Managers, Supervisors, and various sub-contractors as needed.
As the Commissioning Project Lead, your key responsibilities will include:
