Develop and expand the in-house Contracts Department to support ZODCON. Manage contract administration, claims, and disputes across building, infrastructure, and industrial projects in EPC and EPCM environments.
Requires a BS degree in Engineering with at least 8 years of experience, including 3 years in contracting. Must have expertise in FIDIC/NEC contracts, contract law, and proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
