Develop and expand the in-house Contracts Department to support ZODCON. Manage contract administration, claims, and disputes across construction, design & build, and EPC/EPCM environments.
Requires a BS degree in Engineering with at least 8 years of experience, including 3 years in contracting. Must have expertise in FIDIC/NEC contracts and proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
