Basic Academic Qualification
BS Degree in Engineering.
Preferred Academic Qualification
Engineering degree; BS.
Technical Certifications
With relevant and updated Continuing Professional Education/Training/Development in Contracts and Contract Law
Age
25-40 Years
Experience
Minimum 08 years post-qualification/post-graduate experience of which 03 years in contracting field.
Specific Industry Experience
Experience with FIDIC and/or NEC or other industry related contracts and contracting methods and arbitration is essential.
Experience in contract administration, claims and disputes in Construction, Design & Build, EPC and EPCM environments.
Experience in contract administration of major building, infrastructure and industrial related projects with either an engineering company, employers or contractors
Experience in and clear understanding of contracts, insurances and applicable laws
Computer Skills
MSOffice, i.e. Word, Excel, PPT, Visio, MS Project; Knowledge of Primavera will be an advantage
Language Proficiency
English (Arabic is a plus)
