Monitoring and reporting asset performance and implementing strategies for improvement of performance, mitigation of risks and creation of value.
Developing and managing all contracts and agreements while ensuring compliance with licences and consents.
Preparing and agreeing operational plans and budgets, and controlling and analysing performance against approved budgets.
Managing and ensuring both commercial and technical compliance with O&M contracts, land leases and other project level contracts.
Project managing and delivering key value protection and optimisation initiatives, including spares strategies, procurement, and the negotiation and management of material project contracts and work packages.
Managing the production of regular portfolio and project level reports highlighting HSE and commercial performance, risks and technical issues.
Ensuring project and portfolio level risks and issues are managed, mitigated and reported.
Leading insurance claims management and recovery processes where required.
Ensuring operational invoices are issued and paid in a timely manner.
Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Providing input to business development, acquisition and asset construction activities in the UK, while proactively sharing knowledge and experience across the wider business.
Taking directorships for SPV companies as required.
The successful candidate will have:
An engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and external counterparties across all levels and across diverse cultures.
Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrable track record and the ability to translate technical findings into commercial implications.
Proven experience of contract management and HSE leadership.
