Responsibilities
Coordinate and produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, and document designs for strategic bids and marketing materials. Ensure all deliverables align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate complex technical ideas to clients.
Requirements
Requires a degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Graphic Design with at least 3 years of experience in an AEC environment. Proficiency in Adobe CC Suite and Rhino 3D is essential, along with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced bidding environment.
We are looking for an experienced Graphics specialist to be part of our Ramboll Buildings, Malaysia. You will work with Bid Managers and other sales leads across all geographic regions primarily on proposals, but also sales and marketing material (graphics & illustration typically) to create eye-catching, relevant graphic illustrations and/or document design to showcase Ramboll in our work-winning efforts.
High-rise buildings, done well, are one of the most powerful tools we have for building sustainable, liveable cities. With more than 300 tall building projects globally, our High-rise & Complex Buildings team integrates structural, MEP, facade, digital and sustainability expertise from concept to completion, because the relationship between a building’s structure and its services is where real value is won or lost. Data-driven, computationally advanced, and benchmarked against decades of global experience, we design with purpose for the people and cities that need these buildings to perform for generations. If you want work that genuinely challenges you, this is where you come.
Our vision for bidding
Our vision is to create a central team who work together to deliver bidding excellence and help us win more, better. The team will work directly on our most important strategic bids, but at the same time help manage and build the Tender Excellence hub - the ‘go to’ place for all our bids where we have access to our best material.
Main Role Responsibilities
Supports the Bid Manager throughout the full proposal lifecycle by coordinating, managing, and producing high-quality graphics content and documentation. This support is provided primarily during Expression of Interest (EOI), Tender, and interview stages, but may also extend to the creation of broader sales and marketing materials for internal or external use. All materials are developed to align with Ramboll’s Brand guidelines and communicate a consistent, professional identity.
Ensures all proposal materials are tailored to client expectations and fully compliant with tender instructions, technical requirements, and submission guidelines. This includes maintaining accuracy, clarity, brand consistency, and a high standard of visual quality across all deliverables.
Produces visually compelling documents and presentation graphics—including custom illustrations, infographics, diagrams, layouts, and other visual elements—using approved software tools. These graphics are designed to clearly communicate complex ideas, strengthen key messaging, and effectively articulate Ramboll’s value proposition to clients and stakeholders.
Contributes to pursuit-stage activities, assisting with the development and production of communication materials that support opportunity positioning, client engagement, and early bid preparation.
Collaborates with the Global Brand team to stay informed of updates to Ramboll’s Brand standards, templates, and visual frameworks, ensuring all produced materials adhere to the latest corporate identity requirements.
Participates in regular status and coordination meetings with the Bid Manager and wider proposal team to monitor progress, manage workloads, address compliance matters, and support timely, complete, and fully compliant bid submissions.
