We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Staff to support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes and daily HR operations. This role will be responsible for recruitment coordination, onboarding and offboarding processes, employee administration, learning and development support, and employee engagement initiatives to ensure a positive and seamless employee experience.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, execution-focused, and eager to contribute to building structured HR processes in a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Employee Administration

• Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees, including documentation, orientation schedules, and stakeholder alignment.
• Ensure smooth employee onboarding experience through structured onboarding programs.
• Manage employee offboarding processes, including clearance, exit documentation, and exit interviews.
• Maintain employee records and ensure accurate HR documentation.
• Maintain and update employee database and personnel files.
• Prepare employment-related documents such as contracts, confirmation letters, transfers, promotions, and employee letters.
• Support HR reporting and employee data management.
• Ensure HR administrative processes comply with company policies and applicable regulations.

Learning & Development Coordination

1. Support the implementation and administration of training programs.

2. Coordinate training schedules, attendance tracking, and training evaluations.

3. Assist in maintaining employee development records and learning documentation.

4. Support the execution of internal development initiatives and structured learning programs.

Employee Engagement & Culture

• Coordinate buddy program initiatives for new hires.
• Support employee engagement activities and internal HR programs.
• Assist in organizing company events, employee communication, and culture-building initiatives.
• Gather employee feedback and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department leaders regarding recruitment and employee-related matters.
• Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR processes and policies.
• Support cross-functional projects related to people operations and organizational development.

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Support

• Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in Recruitment, HR Operations, HR Generalist, or related HR functions.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and employee lifecycle management.
• Experience handling onboarding, employee administration, or HR operational activities is preferred.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
