The Branch Manager is responsible for achieving profitability targets and building a regional network for SME financing. They will lead the branch team, execute go-to-market strategies, and oversee sales, credit, and collection activities.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of progressive experience in SME or commercial banking branch management. Proven expertise in managing sales, credit, and collection functions, along with strong leadership skills and a local professional network, is required.
