로켓배송 서비스를 이용하는 고객들에게 최상의 고객경험을 제공할 수 있도록 CS정책과 프로세스를 수립합니다.
고객 VOC 분석하여 고객의 문제를 해결해 나가고 고객관점에서의 Program을 제안하고 비즈니스팀과 협업하여 시스템 및 정책, 프로세스를 개선하여 고객 경험을 관리합니다
업무 내용
- 상담 조직 내에서 해결이 어려운 고객 이슈를 검토하고 최적의 해결 방안을 도출
- 유관 부서 및 비즈니스 조직과 협업하여 고객 문의의 원인을 분석하고 필요한 정보를 확보
- 정책 및 운영 기준에 따라 고객 이슈를 검토하고 상담사의 문제 해결을 지원
- 반복적으로 발생하는 고객 이슈를 분석하여 운영 개선 과제를 제안
자격 요건
- 고객 문제 해결에 대한 책임감과 꼼꼼함을 갖춘 분
- 다양한 정보를 확인하고 정리하여 정확하게 업무를 수행할 수 있는 분
- 원활한 커뮤니케이션 역량을 바탕으로 유관 부서 및 상담 조직과 협업할 수 있는 분
- 업무 수행에 필요한 기본적인 엑셀 활용 역량을 보유한 분
- 주어진 업무의 우선순위를 설정하고 성실하게 수행할 수 있는 분

- 고객지원(CX), 운영 관련 업무 경험이 있는 분
