Requires a High School Diploma or GED and prefers two years of experience in customer service or a healthcare office. Candidates must be proficient in data entry and Microsoft Office with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Make a Difference
The Patient Access Representative will serve as the first point of contact when visitors enter our facilities and is responsible for all aspects of customer service. This position will be responsible for checking in and out, appointment scheduling, registration, verifying demographics, insurance verification, telephone coverage, data entry, authorizations, pre-registration, new patient referrals, point of service collections and other duties as assigned. The Patient Access Representative is an ambassador to fulfilling our network vision to simply deliver an exceptional experience – with every life we touch.
