En Sabadell Zurich formarás parte del equipo de Colectivos, donde tu principal objetivo será gestionar y realizar el seguimiento de los expedientes de prestaciones, garantizando una tramitación ágil, rigurosa y alineada con la normativa vigente.
Tu contribución será clave para impulsar la mejora continua de los procedimientos internos, así como para identificar y solucionar problemas, ofreciendo un servicio de calidad y cumpliendo con los SLA’s definidos. Desempeñarás tus funciones en un entorno colaborativo y orientado a negocio.
Serás responsable de asegurar la correcta ejecución de los procesos asociados al pago de prestaciones, coordinándote con las distintas áreas implicadas y velando por el cumplimiento de los procedimientos internos y los niveles de servicio. Tu contribución será clave para garantizar un servicio de calidad a partícipes, beneficiarios y empresas promotoras, impulsando la mejora continua de los procesos y garantizando por el cumplimiento de los niveles de servicio y los requisitos regulatorios.
