Buscamos un/a Responsable de Negocio (RN) de Captación Agentes Málaga para la Dirección Territorial Sur / Canarias, con un rol clave en el desarrollo, dinamización y crecimiento de una red de agentes. La posición tiene como objetivo garantizar el cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales en los negocios de Particulares, Empresas y Vida, asegurando un crecimiento sostenible y rentable.
¿Cuáles serán tus principales responsabilidades?
Liderar, gestionar y desarrollar un panel de agentes asignado, impulsando su crecimiento y profesionalización, y asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales bajo criterios de rentabilidad y calidad.
