Establish and lead the Australian compliance and risk function, overseeing AFSL obligations and regulatory engagement with ASIC and AUSTRAC. Serve as the Australian Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) to manage financial crime compliance and risk governance frameworks.
Requires significant compliance leadership experience within an Australian AFSL-licensed financial services organization and deep knowledge of local regulations. Experience in financial crime, risk management, and the ability to engage with Board-level stakeholders is essential.

As we continue to expand globally, we are seeking an experienced Compliance Director – Australia to establish and lead our Australian compliance and risk function and play a critical role in the growth of one of the most exciting businesses in the digital asset industry.

As Compliance Director, you will be the most senior compliance leader in Australia, responsible for overseeing our AFSL obligations, leading regulatory engagement, and ensuring we continue to meet the highest standards of governance, financial crime prevention and risk management.
You'll work directly with senior leadership, regulators and global compliance teams across the UK, Europe and APAC, helping shape regulatory strategy while enabling business growth in a rapidly evolving industry.
