Zipnom is a digital growth agency helping B2B SaaS and ecommerce companies win compounding, durable traffic. Our core wedge is SEO — built to drive qualified pipeline rather than vanity rankings — with paid advertising as a fast-growing second service line. We open most client relationships with a free gap audit that exposes exactly where they're leaking growth, then convert that into retained engagements.
We already have an unfair distribution advantage: a proprietary pipeline of newly incorporated companies (via Verizol.ai) that lets us reach decision-makers early, before they've locked in an agency. The foundation is built. We're looking for the right partner to scale it.
The Role
This is a true co-founder seat, not a senior hire. You'll own a core function of the business alongside the founder and share in both the upside and the risk. Depending on your strengths, that could mean leading:
- Growth & Sales — owning outbound, the gap-audit-to-client funnel, positioning, and revenue.
- Delivery & Operations — building the SEO/paid delivery engine, hiring and managing talent, and protecting client outcomes and retention.
You'll help shape strategy, hiring, pricing, and which verticals we go deep on.
What We're Looking For
- A builder who has either run an agency/services business or worked in growth, SEO, performance marketing, or B2B sales.
- Someone comfortable being hands-on now and a leader as we grow — early stage means doing the work, not just directing it.
- Strong ownership mindset, fast execution, and resilience through the messy early phase.
- Bonus: an existing network of SaaS or ecommerce founders, or a track record closing B2B deals.
The Investment Component
This role carries a financial commitment of ₹20 lakh alongside the time commitment. The capital funds early hiring, tooling, and a focused outbound push to build the client book faster than bootstrapping alone allows. In return you receive 10% equity as a founding partner, reflecting both your investment and your sweat equity.

- Location: Hybrid
- Commitment: Full-time (or transitioning to full-time)
- Equity: 10%, vesting over 4 years with a 1-year cliff

Requirements
- 3+ years in SEO, performance marketing, growth, or B2B sales — or direct experience running a services/agency business.
- A track record you can point to: clients grown, campaigns that worked, deals closed, or a business you scaled.
- Willingness and ability to invest ₹20 lakh as a founding partner.
- Hands-on operator mindset — comfortable doing the work yourself now, building the team later.
- Based in or able to commit to a hybrid working rhythm (some in-person, some remote).
- Full-time commitment, or a clear, near-term path to going full-time.
- An existing network of B2B SaaS or ecommerce founders and decision-makers.
- Experience owning a sales pipeline end-to-end — outbound, demos, closing, retention.
- Familiarity with SEO/paid tooling (Ahrefs, Semrush, GSC, GA4, Google/Meta Ads).
- Prior startup or early-stage experience — you know the messy phase and aren't scared of it.
- Comfort with data and using it to make decisions, not just report them.
- Ownership over titles — you measure yourself by outcomes.
- Bias to action and fast iteration over long planning cycles.
- Resilience and emotional steadiness through the unpredictable early stretch.
- Honesty and directness — a co-founder relationship runs on trust.
