Support the entire recruiting process by sourcing candidates via LinkedIn and XING and conducting initial assessments for technical and personal fit. Create and maintain internal templates and process documents for executive search roles.
Applicants must be enrolled students, preferably in Business, Business Informatics, or a similar field, with native-level German and good English skills. A structured way of working, attention to detail, and a strong sense of communication are required.
