As a Full-Time Member Service Specialist at Zeal Credit Union, you'll be at the forefront of servicing our members with their day-to-day transactions, ensuring a seamless experience that exemplifies our dedication to customer service. Your role will include balancing your drawer accurately, opening new accounts, and facilitating loan intake. A minimum of six months of customer service experience is essential, along with a genuine passion for helping others. Strong problem-solving skills will enable you to address member inquiries with confidence and empathy.
