Instruct children in developmentally appropriate activities to promote growth in a before and after school setting. Assist the site director with curriculum implementation, documentation, and maintaining safety standards.
Candidates must be able to implement emergent curriculum and maintain effective communication with program constituents. Knowledge of child development best practices and adherence to regulatory quality standards are required.
