Candidates must be at least 16 years old and possess intermediate swimming abilities. Preferred qualifications include lifeguard and swim instructor certifications, along with CPR/AED/First Aid certification which must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Do you love the water and helping others learn to swim with confidence? We’re looking for enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team! You’ll play a vital role in creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment where participants build lifelong swimming skills.
You’ll lead swim classes from in the water, ensuring safety, fun, and progression for all participants. With organized lesson plans, you’ll teach proper swimming techniques, encourage growth, and provide regular feedback to swimmers and parents. Plus, you’ll help keep equipment organized and contribute to a positive Y experience for every member.
