What You’ll Do

Assists with specific activities, routines and/or games for all participants.
Leads with enthusiasm and positive motivation in program.
Manage all equipment to ensure safety.
Maintains a clean and risk-free environment.
Ensures all children are picked up by a parent.
Promotes other YMCA programs by handing out brochures, answering questions, or referral to appropriate person.
Ensures compliance with all YGBW policies and standard operating procedures.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

QualificationsWhat You'll Need

Must be 15 years of age or older
Demonstrate ability to develop and teach skills
Prior knowledge and at least 1 year of experience in program area
Ability to effectively use technology for programmatic needs
Obtain and maintain all new hire certifications and trainings within 90 days of hire
