The instructor leads energizing, safe, and educational group exercise classes while building authentic relationships with members. They are responsible for tracking attendance, modifying exercises to meet diverse needs, and supporting members in achieving their health goals.
Candidates must hold a current NCCA-accredited group exercise certification and have at least one year of experience in a fitness setting. CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications are also required for this role.
