The Director oversees the administration, operations, and development of youth and family sports programs, including leagues, teen activities, and special events. They are responsible for recruiting and training staff, managing department budgets, and fostering community relationships to meet organizational goals.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Human Services, Health Sciences, or a related field and possess at least three years of experience working with youth and families. Additionally, the role requires four years of sports coaching experience and two years of experience in staff supervision.
