The Staff Accountant supports the accounting department through bank reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close activities. They are also responsible for managing cash operations, loan portfolio accounting, and assisting with accounts payable and receivable.
Candidates need 2-4 years of accounting experience and intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills. A bachelor's degree with accounting coursework and knowledge of US GAAP is highly desirable.

Position Summary
We are seeking a detailed-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to join our growing accounting team. This position will support the accounting department through account reconciliations, journal entries, financial reporting, cash management activities, and month-end close support.
The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and eager to develop professionally within a collaborative environment. This role offers exposure to multiple areas of accounting and finance within the auto loan refinancing industry and provides opportunities for long-term growth.
This position is expected to grow in responsibility over time and offers a path into senior accounting roles.
