Manage day-to-day AML compliance operations, including end-to-end due diligence, KYC/KYT monitoring, and regulatory reporting to MROS. Act as the internal competence center for compliance requirements to ensure new products are compliant by design.
Proven experience in AML/CTF and sanction regulations within a fast-paced fintech environment. Must be tech-savvy with a strong affinity for IT/AI and fluent in both (Swiss-)German and English.

You bring proven experience in compliance functions, with a sharp focus on AML & CTF (Anti Money Laundering & Counter-Terrorist Financing) and sanction regulations.
As a tech-savvy compliance partner with a strong affinity for IT and AI, you actively leverage modern tools and explore emerging technologies to enhance our systems, reporting, and digital monitoring frameworks.
You possess a high degree of personal responsibility, initiative, and the ability to work independently.
You are fluent in (Swiss-)German with a strong, professional command of English.
