The Coordinator manages a caseload of individuals referred for START services, conducting assessments and developing crisis prevention plans. They provide systemic consultation and coordinate support meetings with clinical and medical directors to ensure appropriate care.
Requires a Master's degree in a Human Service field (or a Bachelor's with equivalent experience) and at least two years of experience with the I/DD population. Candidates must obtain START Coordinator certification within 12 months and be available for rotational on-call crisis support.
