Lead the analysis of capital equipment programs and develop business cases for industrial construction clients. Work directly with client teams to implement improvements and ensure project deliverables are met.
Requires at least 10 years of experience in operations management consulting and capital equipment management. Candidates must hold a bachelor's or master's degree and possess the ability to work in Canada without sponsorship.

X/Celerant Consulting is seeking a full-time Consultant to join our team on a project in British Columbia starting in August 2026. This role will be responsible for analyzing the capital asset program for an industrial construction company and making recommendations including a business case, then implementing the agreed improvements. Experience in capital equipment management, equipment maintenance/reliability and management consulting in an industrial construction environment are MUST HAVES. Do not apply if you do not have this experience, please.
Experience in data analysis, project management, and/or supply chain management is a plus. Demonstrated interest and understanding of operations strategy.
Contractor rate is competitive and will be finalized after interviews and discussions, based on experience. Expenses are also reimbursed.
