Du berätst Executives souverän zu People-&-Culture-Themen, arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen und komplexen Personalthemen.
Du steuerst und koordinierst Executive-Onboarding-Prozesse inklusive Rollenklärung, Schnittstellenmanagement, Feedbackschleifen und Integrationsmaßnahmen.
Du bist Sparringspartner:in für Executives bei sensiblen Personalthemen, Teamkonstellationen, Konflikten und Veränderungssituationen.
Du arbeitest eng mit Recruiting, People Services, People Development, Finance, Legal und weiteren Corporate-Services-Bereichen zusammen.
Du entwickelst bestehende Prozesse, Standards und Formate für die Betreuung von Executives kontinuierlich weiter und bringst deine Erfahrung aktiv in strategische People-&-Culture-Projekte ein.
Ihr Profil | Your profile:
Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung im HR-/People-Partnering, idealerweise in einem professionellen Dienstleistungsumfeld, einer Matrixorganisation oder einem dynamischen Unternehmensumfeld.
Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht sowie in Vergütungs-, Entwicklungs-, Performance- und Organisationsprozessen mit.
Du berätst anspruchsvolle Stakeholder auf Senior-Management- oder Executive-Level souverän, empathisch und auf Augenhöhe.
Du arbeitest strukturiert, verbindlich und lösungsorientiert und behältst auch bei komplexen Themen den Überblick.
Du verfügst über ein gutes Zahlenverständnis und nutzt personalrelevante Kennzahlen für fundierte Entscheidungen.
