The Volunteer Systems Specialist oversees volunteer onboarding, screening, and data management to support the Western Washington Outreach Team. They are responsible for tracking volunteer hours, coordinating training, and evaluating program impact to ensure effective community support for refugees and immigrants.
Candidates must have a personal Christian faith, a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and 1-2 years of experience in volunteer or program management. Proficiency in data management, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work with diverse cultural backgrounds are also required.

World Relief seeks a Volunteer Systems Specialist who will support the World Relief Western Washington Outreach Team as we seek to invite and empower community members to join in the powerful work we do here at Western WA. This role is crucial to ensuring that our volunteers are able to seamlessly come alongside their new neighbors, and that we are able to tell their stories of impact accurately through accurate data tracking and reporting.
The Volunteer Systems Specialist oversees volunteer onboarding, technical assistance, and data management in support of World Relief’s local office and work. This role provides initial volunteer screening and onboarding, manages volunteer reporting and data, and places volunteers in various programs with the support of the entire the Outreach Team.
