Implement and maintain audit mechanisms, access controls, content filtering rules, data protection guardrails, and compliance checks aligned with GDPR, SOC2, and organizational requirements.
Develop AI tooling integrations, onboarding toolkits, reference architectures, quick-start templates, configuration guides, and operational runbooks.
Support proof-of-concept initiatives and evaluate emerging AI technologies aligned with the approved enterprise AI tool portfolio.
Author and deliver hands-on workshops, enablement sessions, and best practice guidance for developers and business users.
Facilitate communities of practice and provide technical coaching on responsible and effective AI usage.
Monitor adoption and cost metrics of AI tool stack and identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
Troubleshoot integration and operational issues and refine solutions based on user feedback and evolving governance standards.
What you bring

Hands-on experience implementing AI/ML-driven tools and workflows.
Practical experience working with platforms such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, or equivalent AI ecosystems.
Experience owning technical solution domains and providing architectural direction and governance.
Experience working within regulated software development environments, preferably medical device development.
Experience contributing to technical governance, standards, or compliance initiatives.
Technical Skills
Practical experience building AI agent configurations, custom skills, reusable instruction sets, and LLM-driven workflows.
Strong understanding of prompt engineering and large language model interaction patterns.

Personal competencies
Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong leadership and collaboration capabilities across cross-functional teams.
