Le/La gestionnaire régional des ventes est responsable de la gestion des activités d’affaires de l'équipe de vente en fournissant un leadership, une direction et une structure à travers son territoire assignés. Faisant partie de l'équipe de direction du Québec, cette personne est responsable de promouvoir une culture de croissance au sein de l'équipe de vente afin d'assurer un développement et une croissance solide et continue, ce qui se traduit par un service à la clientèle d’exception et l’atteinte des buts et objectifs de l’entreprise. Le gestionnaire régional des ventes sera responsable de mettre en œuvre des programmes pour piloter notre plan de vente stratégique afin d’acquérir de nouvelles parts de marché.
