2. 執行製程優化與任務型專案，包含擴線計畫、製程改善案、技術發展專案及跨廠區改善活動推動。
3. 維護製程文件與系統資料，包含 SOP、OCAP、PFMEA、CP 等。
4. 負責量產前稽核與製程支援，包含各機種量產前稽核、各廠支援稽核及量產導入問題追蹤。
5. 支援製程交流與異常處理，包含教育訓練、依需求支援現場製程問題處理、RMA 分析及製程異常分析。
