The specialist is responsible for managing inbound and outbound customer communications, scheduling, and resolving product or service issues. They must also maintain accurate customer records and contribute to team goals by providing product information and support.
Candidates should have at least one year of customer service experience and strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in computer tools like Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Sheets is required, along with a patient and empathetic attitude.
