The Junior Marketing Manager will connect content and growth marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning across B2B and B2C projects. Responsibilities include leveraging AI for content creation, managing performance marketing campaigns, and analyzing customer journeys to optimize outreach.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in content, brand, or growth marketing, ideally within a start-up environment. Proficiency in performance marketing channels, AI tools for automation, and strong storytelling abilities are essential for success in this role.
We are looking for a Junior Marketing Manager who can connect content and growth marketing to strengthen our brand positioning and support our client projects across B2B and B2C.
Content marketing: You will leverage AI to create content like posts, ghostwrite articles and newsletters, all SEO/GEO-optimised; produce visual assets, manage the website and develop (claude) skills and agentic workflows
Growth/performance marketing & automation: From Google and Meta to Pinterest, you will support setting up ads across the full performance marketing spectrum, both for B2B and D2C audiences. You will also run AI-driven market and keyword analysis and help optimize customer journeys
Outreach: You will define messages, manage audiences, and co-steer campaigns for direct outreach – ideally using agentic workflows
Brand management: You will be also managing brand assets and bring it to life across all touchpoints along the customer journey
Analysis & evaluation: You will prepare analyses and learnings from our channels and improve our AI-skills based on it
2 years of relevant experience in content/brand and growth marketing. We're looking for a generalist with some deeper knowledge in one area, ideally from a start-up
Basic performance marketing know-how, ideally with hands-on experience in one or more paid channels (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads, Pinterest Ads, LinkedIn Ads). Experience in use of AI tools for content generation and performance marketing, workflow automation. Willingness to constantly improve your AI skills is a must
Ideally, knowledge of the innovation and venturing space
Basic Adobe skills
Precise use of language and the ability to judge AI-created content
Storytelling know-how and the ability to translate a narrative into content pieces
Ideally, experience with Mailchimp, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, Notion, Zapier, Claude, …
German and English language skills, Italian is a plus
Willingness and ability to learn
Structured, data-driven thinking: clarity to define key messages and to interpret data
Ability to deal with ambiguity and uncertainty
Openness and curiosity, especially around human psychology and tech/AI
Hunting and identifying (marketing) opportunities
Willingness to take end-to-end ownership
