Supervise and direct crew members in wireless construction while ensuring adherence to scope of work and safety protocols. Oversee daily site operations, manage materials and equipment, and mentor less experienced team members.
Requires 4 years of wireless construction knowledge, rigging experience, and the ability to interpret engineered drawings. Must possess a valid Canadian driver's license, be authorized to work in Canada, and be comfortable working at heights in various weather conditions.
