Production Line Associate – Windows Manufacturing

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM | Overtime Available

Join a fast-paced windows manufacturing team where quality, safety, and teamwork matter. We’re looking for dependable Production Line Associates to help apply glazing materials, inspect window components, and keep production moving efficiently.

What You’ll Do

• Apply plastic sealant and glazing materials to windows.
• Inspect materials to ensure correct size, style, quality, and condition.
• Help fabricate frames and support production line needs.
• Use hand tools and read tape measurements accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety procedures.

What We’re Looking For

• Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive movements, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
