About the role:
Als (bedrijfs)fysiotherapeut werk je binnen het operationele team om de vitaliteit en fysieke gezondheid van medewerkers bij onze opdrachtgevers te bevorderen.

Als fysiotherapeut ben je hier een belangrijk onderdeel van door medewerkers laagdrempelig van (preventief) advies en goede, op maat gemaakte, zorg te voorzien.
Your responsibilities:
Bevorderen van de vitaliteit en fysieke gezondheid van medewerkers bij opdrachtgevers
Toegankelijke (preventieve) fysiotherapeutische zorg en advies bieden op in‑company locaties
Uitvoeren van reguliere fysiotherapiebehandelingen voor medewerkers
Verrichten van werkplekonderzoeken, begeleiden van fysieke re‑integratietrajecten en geven van ergonomietrainingen
Strategisch meedenken met het team op locatie over duurzame inzetbaarheid en verbeterkansen
Samenwerken met belangrijke stakeholders zoals bedrijfsartsen en HR‑professionals
Signaleren van veelvoorkomende fysieke en psychosociale klachten en hierover adviseren richting stakeholders
Bijdragen aan het verminderen van verzuim en het bevorderen van duurzame inzetbaarheid binnen organisaties
What you’ll bring:
Goede fysiotherapeutische kennis en skills
Affiniteit met werk gerelateerde klachten en ergonomie
In staat om zelfstandig te werken op locatie
Op eigen initiatief communicatie kunnen aangaan met klanten en belangrijke stakeholders
Herkennen van vaak voorkomende klachten en dit aan te durven kaarten bij stakeholders
Plezier in het geven van educatie in individueel en- groepsverband
Strategisch mee kunnen denken over groei en verbetering op locatie
Afgeronde Bachelor Fysiotherapie met eventuele aanvullende opleidingen
BIG-geregistreerd
Beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, mondeling en schriftelijk
