The Technical Support Officer will assist in the delivery of licensing, consenting, monitoring, bylaw, and RMA compliance services. This role involves working closely with customers and officers to ensure efficient administrative support and service delivery.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in technical administration and possess strong regulatory knowledge. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, database management, and excellent customer service skills are required for this position.

The opportunity
We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Technical Support Officer to help support the smooth delivery of licensing, consenting, monitoring, bylaw and RMA compliance services.
This role provides support in the delivery of statutory licensing, consenting, monitoring, Bylaw and RMA compliance matters. The position works closely with customers and officers to ensure the efficient delivery of compliances services and administrative activities. The ability to build positive relationships, thrive in a busy environment and proactively manage competing priorities is required.
To set you up for success, you’ll have
At least 3 years’ experience in technical administration.
Regulatory experience and knowledge.
Excellent computer skills using Word, Excel, and other MS products, website management, databases, and analytics reporting.
Excellent customer service skills.
Process Improvement experience.
Experience working with Quality Management Systems.
Desirable qualifications include:
NCEA Level 2 (business administration).
Full vehicle drivers license.
