The Policy Services Supervisor oversees daily operations within the Commercial Enterprise Department, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in policy servicing. This role provides leadership, coaching, and training to Underwriting Technicians and team leads while monitoring performance metrics.
Candidates should have at least 5 years of underwriting processing experience and 1 year of leadership experience. A bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business, or a related field is preferred, along with an Associate in General Insurance designation.

The Policy Services Supervisor oversees day-to-day policy service operations within the Commercial Enterprise Department. This role ensures accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency in policy servicing while providing guidance and support to Underwriting Technicians and team leads.
