The Relationship Analyst supports growth and strengthens institutional client relationships in the ANZ region by coordinating RFPs, pitch materials, and client onboarding. They act as a liaison between clients and internal stakeholders to ensure service quality and respond to complex portfolio and market inquiries.
Candidates need 3+ years of investment management experience, preferably on the buy-side, and a bachelor's degree. Proficiency in Bloomberg and Microsoft Office is required, with a strong preference for those pursuing a CFA or postgraduate studies.

We are looking for a Relationship Analyst (“RA”) within our Institutional business channel. The successful candidate will be an integral member of our Australia and New Zealand (“ANZ”) Team and will be primarily responsible for supporting growth and strengthening relationships with our institutional clients.
Commanding a thorough knowledge of our business and the Institutional landscape in ANZ, coupled with strong interpersonal skills, the RA will work closely with the Business Developers (“BDs”) and Relationship Managers (“RMs”) in supporting our business development activities and maintaining service quality for our existing client relationships. The RA will also work with a range of internal stakeholders across Legal and Compliance, Portfolio Management, Product Management, Trading, Marketing, Operations and other functions to ensure we meet and exceed client expectations.

The successful candidate will have a passion for learning about global capital markets. In-depth knowledge of the broad asset classes and/or hedge funds and private investments is strongly preferred. Interest in the business of investment management, a desire to work in a team-based and collaborative environment, and an analytical/ problem-solving orientation are required. The successful candidate should be organized and pay strong attention to details.
Candidates should possess a demonstrable track record of achievement, capacity for differentiated thinking, strong work ethic and willingness to work with others. This position will require the ability to work independently, in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment, where priorities may change frequently, and deadlines often need to be met under significant time pressure.
