The ServiceNow Platform Owner serves as the technical lead responsible for the architecture, governance, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow environment. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to align platform capabilities with enterprise strategy while managing vendor relationships and leading the platform team.
Candidates must have at least 7 years of IT experience, including 4 years of direct ServiceNow experience and expertise in platform architecture. A bachelor's degree is required, and professional certifications such as Certified System Administrator or ITIL are highly preferred.

Responsibilities
The ServiceNow Platform Owner is the hands-on technical lead for the organization's ServiceNow environment. This role bridges business stakeholders and technical teams, supporting roadmap development and execution, platform governance, and continuous improvement across all ServiceNow modules and integrations.

$170,000 - $200,000
In addition to a competitive base salary, you will be eligible to receive discretionary bonus incentives, a comprehensive benefits package and a flexible work arrangement. The base salary offered will be commensurate with experience and/or qualifications, industry knowledge and expertise, as well as prior training and education.
