The position is responsible for supporting, extending and Human Capital Management, Absence, Payroll operations and business reporting. They will lead as a thought partner for customer groups, advise on business requirements, and implement and maintain functionality to support service delivery and alignment of teams where multiple services/systems come together for client users. This position will interact with other members of the HRS group, senior global HR leadership, HR community, accounting/finance stakeholders, and other senior business leadership across the supported footprint. They will be responsible for leading the HRIS team members, ensuring operational items are managed and resources are supported located in Mumbai.
This position is based in Bangalore office and will be onsite.
