Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and support employees throughout their journey at Walletto. Collaborate with managers on hiring and employee relations while ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in HR or a similar role and a good understanding of Lithuanian employment legislation. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are also required.

As a trusted partner of Visa and Mastercard, we provide payment accounts (SEPA, SWIFT, A2A), card acquiring (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay), and co-brand card issuing programs. We’re building the next generation of payments — and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us.
You'll work closely with department managers and leadership, supporting employees throughout their entire journey at Walletto. This is a hands-on role where you'll balance operational HR with opportunities to improve processes and contribute to our growing organization.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding new employees
Partner with managers on hiring, employee relations, and day-to-day people matters
Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and up to date
Support performance review and talent development processes
Ensure compliance with Lithuanian employment legislation and internal HR policies
Coordinate learning and development initiatives
Support employee engagement activities and internal events
Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and contribute to HR projects
2+ years of experience in a generalist HR or similar position
Experience in the fintech or financial services industry would be a strong advantage
Experience managing recruitment processes independently
Good understanding of Lithuanian employment legislation
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
Gross salary starting from € 2700/month based on your experience
