Lead a CRM delivery team to ensure predictable delivery and adherence to technical and process standards. Coordinate capacity planning, manage incoming demand, and drive modernization through cloud and AI-enabled workflows.
Requires experience in team leadership and delivery management within CRM or complex enterprise application environments. Proficiency in delivery lifecycle activities, stakeholder management, and preferably knowledge of Siebel CRM and Jira.

What you’ll doThe Customer Management Team Leader is responsible for leading a CRM delivery team, ensuring effective people leadership, predictable delivery, and adherence to agreed technical and process standards. The role combines delivery coordination, capacity planning, and technical/process ownership, while also supporting modernization, cloudification, and AI-enabled ways of working to improve productivity, quality, and delivery efficiency.
