The Ride Ops Supervisor is responsible for scheduling, training, and evaluating ride operators while ensuring all safety procedures are strictly followed. They monitor attraction areas, manage emergency calls, and coordinate with maintenance to ensure ride readiness and guest safety.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED and a valid state driver's license. A minimum of two years of supervisory experience in service, hospitality, or retail is required, with the ability to work irregular hours including nights and weekends.
