Oversee the daily operations of the maintenance department, including staff supervision and the delegation of work orders. Ensure the overall appearance and working order of the apartment community through inspections and capital improvement planning.
Requires at least 2 years of supervisory experience in hotel, apartment, or hospital maintenance. Must possess an HVAC or EPA Universal Certification and extensive knowledge of building systems.
