The Maintenance Technician is responsible for completing work orders, apartment turns, and general property maintenance including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs. They must also provide friendly customer service to residents and respond to on-call emergencies as directed.
Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in the hotel or multifamily housing industry with strong skills in plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair. Availability for on-call duties and weekend work is required.
