The Maintenance Manager oversees the daily operations of the maintenance department and ensures the apartment community is in good working order. Key duties include supervising staff, managing work orders, and coordinating capital improvements and budget preparation.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of supervisory experience in hotel, apartment, or hospital maintenance and hold an HVAC or EPA Universal Certification. Proficiency in plumbing, electrical systems, and gas appliances is required.
