The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the maintenance department and ensuring the apartment community is well-maintained. This includes supervising staff, managing service requests, and coordinating capital improvements and budget preparation.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of supervisory experience in property or facility maintenance and possess an HVAC or EPA Universal Certification. Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, and gas appliance systems is required to perform the duties of the role.
