Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth and Marketing Manager to spearhead customer acquisition, engagement, and retention efforts across the UAE. In this pivotal role, you will build a strong local brand presence, launch high-impact campaigns, and drive measurable B2B growth. By identifying new market opportunities and leveraging your deep digital marketing expertise, you will play a central role in advancing Verto’s mission to become the leading cross-border payments partner in the region.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive robust B2B customer acquisition by developing and executing targeted lead generation strategies, clearly defining audiences, messaging, and optimal channel mixes.

• Optimize customer acquisition cost (CAC), conversion rates, and overall marketing ROI through data-driven decision-making, continuous testing, and deep channel performance analysis.

• Partner closely with the Sales team to design and execute highly effective Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting key strategic prospects and high-value accounts.

• Collaborate with the central global marketing team to activate paid media campaigns, ensuring local marketing activities are data-driven and commercially focused.

• Establish and aggressively scale Verto's local market presence in the UAE through strategic PR, thought leadership, local industry events, and brand partnerships.

• Develop compelling, region-specific content tailored to the UAE, including customer success stories, market trend reports, white papers, and sales enablement materials.

• Identify and cultivate strategic marketing partnerships with local industry associations, fintech partners, and relevant business organizations to expand Verto's reach.

• Work alongside the Retention Lead to launch initiatives that strengthen customer engagement, loyalty, and advocacy throughout the entire customer lifecycle.

• Track, analyze, and rigorously report on campaign performance, taking direct responsibility for significantly increasing the number of active UAE customers within your first 6-12 months.

What You Need

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in growth marketing, with a proven track record of driving measurable customer acquisition through data-driven marketing strategies.

• Deep, practical understanding of the UAE market, encompassing both traditional and digital B2B marketing landscapes.

• Hands-on proficiency with modern marketing automation and product analytics tools such as HubSpot, PostHog, and major social media platforms.

• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to accurately interpret performance data, identify actionable trends, and continuously refine campaign strategies.

• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to craft compelling, high-converting messaging tailored for diverse B2B audiences.

• High agility and the organizational capacity to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining sharp attention to detail.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related field.

• A strong background in marketing scalable SaaS platforms, particularly in B2B environments.

• Direct experience navigating the fast-paced, high-agility environment of a rapidly expanding start-up or scale-up.

• Previous exposure to the FinTech or cross-border payments sector, understanding the nuances of financial product marketing.
